“VISIONARY VISION” (ADVANCED LENS PACKAGE)
Best option for the individual would like to achieve his/her best distance, intermediate and near vision without glasses. This option provides the least dependency on glasses after cataract surgery.
This option includes the most technologically advanced lens for your eyes. It’s considered the “SAFETY LENS.” It allows you to see where to WALK, REGAIN YOUR READING VISION AND MAINTAINS YOUR EQUILIBRIUM. This is the safest lens because it allows you to have DEPTH PERCEPTION AGAIN! This option enables the patient to watch TV, drive, use the computer, and read newspaper print! THIS LENS PROTECTS YOU FROM UV LIGHT THAT MAY LEAD TO BLINDNESS FROM MACULAR DEGENERATION.
Insurance covers most of this procedure including the surgery and the surgeon’s fees, all pre-operative
and post-operative visits, and any secondary surgeries or lasers. Patient is only responsible for the cost
of the refractive component, which is included in the Advanced Lens package.
Post-operative care includes: Further astigmatism correction procedure(s) if appropriate, laser vision correction (Lasik or PRK) as needed; Lasik enhancements are included for a period of 12 months following cataract surgery.

“VAST VISION” (DISTANCE LENS PACKAGE)
Best option for the individual would like to achieve his/her best distance vision without glasses but would be willing to wear computer and
reading glasses.
This option eliminates your astigmatism and enables you to see far vision. This allows you to see the TV and Drive with ease. THIS LENS DOES NOT GIVE YOU DEPTH PERCEPTION OR EQUILIBRIUM PROTECTION.
This is the ideal for someone who lives in a single-story home and there are no stairs. Computer and reading glasses are mandatory. Insurance covers most of this procedure including the surgery and the surgeon’s fees, all pre-operative and post-operative visits, and any secondary surgeries or lasers. Patient is only responsible for the cost of the refractive component, which is included in the Distance Lens package.

1. “VIBRANT VISION” (QUAD BLEPHAROPLASTY) – This treatment includes the removal or repositioning of skin, muscle, and fat of the upper and lower lids, and aims to fix baggy or drooping eyelids.
This procedure can help treat sagging skin that creates folds on the upper eyelids (often impairing vision), fatty deposits that may give the illusion of puffiness, bags under the eyes, and fine wrinkles of the lower eyelid. The removal of excess skin, muscle, and fat that blocks the eye, may allow more light in and improve your peripheral vision. Because excess skin, muscle, and fat are consequences of aging, most patients feel that the blepharoplasty improves their appearance and makes them feel more youthful.
*Surgery can be performed on the upper lids, lower lids or both.
2. UPPER EYELID BLEPHAROPLASTY – This treatment includes the removal or repositioning of skin, muscle, and fat of the upper lids.
3. LOWER EYELID BLEPHAROPLASTY – This treatment includes the removal or repositioning of skin, muscle, and fat of the lower lids.
Your Blepharoplasty Options:
