About the Doctor / Founder of Visionary Eye Institute
Ehsan Sadri, M.D. FACS is CEO and Founder of Visionary Eye Institute with locations to serve patients in Newport Beach, Santa Ana, Orange and more locations to come. He is also General Partner, and co-founder of Visionary Ventures Fund (Visionaryvc.com).
Ehsan Sadri, M.D., FACS, FAAO is board-certified, fellowship-trained in treating LASIK, cataract and glaucoma surgeries. He is trained in the most progressive ocular surgical techniques including cataract surgery, phakic intraocular lenses, LASIK, PRK, refractive lensectomy, and AK. Dr. Ehsan Sadri has performed thousands of eye surgeries utilizing advanced techniques for treatment of myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness), and astigmatism.
Dr. Ehsan Sadri is well regarded as a thought leader and an active speaker at many Ophthalmology conferences where he teaches other eye surgeons the latest techniques for vision correction and preservation.
Dr. Sadri received his undergraduate degree in biochemistry and Spanish from the University of California, Davis. He obtained his medical education at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. There he completed a prestigious Fight for Sight fellowship in retina and glaucoma research at the highly esteemed Kellogg Eye Center. He completed his internship at the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center affiliated with UC Irvine. Dr. Sadri completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore and his glaucoma and cataract fellowship at the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Sadri’s research has been presented at national ophthalmologic meetings and published medical journals. He has performed numerous clinical trials involving new medications for glaucoma and innovative laser treatments.
His specialties include: Premium IOL and complex cataract surgeries; glaucoma, shunt and Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgeries (MIGS), and Oculoplastics.
Dr. Sadri is fluent in Spanish and Farsi.

Visionary Eye Institute is founded by Dr. Ehsan Sadri, M.D., F.A.C.S.
After 15 years of practicing within a large ophthalmic corporation, Dr. Sadri decided it was time for him to move towards a more advanced patient centric setting in which he would provide faster, superior and compassionate service for his patients.
At Visionary Eye Institute, our goal is to provide concierge-based service. We pride ourselves in answering phone calls and scheduling patients with minimal wait time. Our patients are greeted kindly and warmly by our incredible staff who were chosen because of their welcoming personalities; as well as being exceptional at their specific crafts. TINA SADRI M.A , LMFT
Tina is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, blogger, and award-winning author and married to Dr Sadri. She was most recently appointed as the Visionary Eye Institute Chief Experience and Marketing Officer.
She is a compassionate therapist with the education and training background for treating a variety of psychological and social stressors. Her work experience and training include working for a non-profit agency that gave her vast experience in dealing with divorce, co-parenting and court-ordered reunification cases. She then went on to work at a private practice under the supervision of Bernard Schwartz treating a variety of cases with individual, couples and families furthering her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Soon after completing her clinical training she started her own private practice called “Newport Mental Wellness” in which she continued to treat patients with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, couple’s facing divorce, adolescent- related issues and postpartum issues.
She is the author of the book #Obsession; freeing yourself of social media disorder which is available on Amazon.
Tina and Dr. Sadri are the proud parents of two beautiful girls, Sofia (8) and Siena (3). Tina enjoys traveling with her family in her spare time. She is a fitness enthusiast and exercises daily. She also runs a Blog in which she attaches inspirational and self-development quotes with fashionable photos.
TIFFANY ROMERO, LICENSED OPTOMETRIST
Dr. Tiffany Romero is a licensed optometrist at Visionary Eye Institute. She is a Southern California native born and raised. At the age of thirteen she was fascinated by the world of optometry as she fell in love with eyes and the ability to help others by making a meaningful difference in their lives and health. She also thought that her optometrist growing up was the coolest person ever and wanted to be just like her.
Upon finishing high school, Dr. Romero wanted to gain valuable life experiences by traveling to a new state for university, so she went to Worcester, MA, where she received her Bachelor's Degree from Clark University. She majored in Biology with a Public Health Concentration and Studio Arts Minor. After finishing university, Dr. Romero had fallen in love with the east coast and went on to receive her doctorate from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, PA, where she completed advanced studies in Specialty Contact Lenses. During her doctoral studies she was clinically trained at Ophthalmology Physicians and Surgeons in Hatboro, PA, Pennridge Family Eye Care in Dublin, PA, The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, PA, and the VA Long Beach Healthcare System in Long Beach, CA.
Dr. Romero is passionate about providing the highest quality ophthalmic care to all her patients by educating her patients on their medical needs, options, and treatment. Dr. Romero is certified to treat glaucoma and manage other eye diseases including Dry Eye Disease, Keratoconus, Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular Degeneration, etc. She also co-manages cataract, LASIK, PRK, and glaucoma surgeries with Dr. Sadri.
Dr. Romero is a lifelong learner and strives to provide the most up-to-date cutting edge research and technologies in the world of eye care. During her free time, Dr. Romero loves to volunteer at free eye clinics in order to give back to the community and those in need. In addition, Dr. Romero and her husband, Michael, founded Street Light Scholars, which is an organization that is dedicated to giving back to low-income communities by collecting and donating school supplies to women and children's homeless shelters throughout Southern California. Dr. Romero loves to travel and experience new cultures as well as staying at home to watch a good movie.
ASHLEY LOPEZ, REFRACTIVE SURGICAL COORDINATOR
Ashley Lopez is a Refractive Surgical Coordinator at Visionary Eye Institute, who coordinates various surgical procedures for top eye physician and surgeon Dr. Ehsan Sadri. Ashley enjoys building relationships with patients and taking time to educate patients on their surgical options. This extra care and attention help guide patients to discover the surgical treatment plan that best suits their visual and lifestyle needs. Ashley has worked in the eyecare industry for over 10 years and has over 12 years leadership and customer service experience. Previous work experience includes working as a licensed ABO Certified optician at a busy family owned private optometry practice, as well as the well-known franchise LensCrafters. Ashley holds a BA in Business Management from California State University, San Bernardino and is fluent in Spanish. Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family (especially with her new baby nephew).
CONNIE KINNEY, FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR AND REFRACTIVE LIAISON
Connie Kinney is a Front Office Coordinator and Refractive Liaison of Visionary Eye Institute. Her duties include managing the daily operations of the Front Office and Physician/ Optometry outreach. She has 26 years of experience in Ophthalmology and patient relations. Connie has worked in many areas of the Eyecare industry, and held the following positions: Office Manager, Account Executive, Physician Liaison and Marketing. Education includes Valdosta State University, Cerritos College, Certified Front and Back Office Medical Assistant. Connie enjoys walking on the Beach, boating and traveling with her husband.
